ISLAMABAD: As per its frugal policies, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government announced on Sunday to keep a limited team for foreign visits.
PTI government had decided that delegations that are to attend seminars, conferences and meetings overseas will consist of no more than four members.
The step has been taken to reduce the overall expenditure on foreign visits.
The four members will include a federal minister, a secretary and two respective officers of the concerned ministry or department.
It was added that during the reign of previous governments, government officers and members of non-government organisations also used to travel with the delegates.
